Hi, I'm Samantha. I learned the lash industry first. Then I learned to see it through the eyes of eye care. I spent years behind the lash bed before moving into clinical ocular surface care. Working between both environments showed me something I couldn't unsee. Beauty professionals were asking questions their traditional education didn't always answer. Eye-care professionals were seeing lash-wearing patients every day, but often lacked practical language, workflows and beauty-industry context to address what was happening outside the exam room.
